Prizes
The following prizes would be recognized at the end of the contest, as gift cards.
Overall winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd places) – achieving the highest level of contributions overall. This category of prizes would be point-based, please checkout the jury process section to get an explanation of the scoring process.
The scoring system for the winners would be as follows:
One point (1.0) will be awarded for the introduction of an infobox to an article completely without one
One point (1.0) would be awarded for every new and appropriate infobox parameter added to an existing Wikipedia article in any language.
Rules
Please read the rules very carefully before the contest commences.
Contributions will only be counted if they were made during the competition period.
Only existing Wikipedia articles are eligible as an entry. You can not create an article with an infobox during the competition period; as such an article will not be accepted as an entry. However, you can improve an existing article to contain more infobox parameters.
Every infobox added should be the appropriate infobox for such an article. For example, if an article is about a fictional character, the infobox for a biographical person should not be used and may lead to disqualification.
Every infobox parameter added must have been sourced in the main content of the article. Adding infobox parameters (even when factual on the internet) without a source and statement in the article can also lead to disqualification of that entry or participant.
No automated, semi-automated tools, scripts or manual templates to mass generate content are permitted for the contest
Competition and entry process
All contestants are free to work on any or all the countries or any niche they wish. Please submit articles directly on the main page list which will be created at the bottom, including destubbed entries. Please make sure that your article is listed in the Article achievements section of the main page as that list is intended to be the sum of all work created for the contest and editathon. If there's a local landing page for your language, please list your articles on the local landing page instead.
Eligible articles

In addition to placing entries here, also include the number of infobox parameters that was added in parenthesis, preceding with asterisk (*) if you introduced an infobox to the article
