Arcade Express also known as Electronic Games Hotline was a biweekly newsletter published from August 15, 1982 to August 12, 1984. It served as a newsletter offshoot of Electronic Games magazine. Scans of the newsletter can be found through the VGHF Digital Archive here. Scans of the first volume can also be found on the Internet Archive here.
