I notified people about this page on the following talk pages: Wikipedia:Education program, Wikipedian in residence, A Declaration of the Independence of Cyberspace, Censorship of Wikipedia and Wikipedia:Village pump (policy)--Fixuture (talk) 15:22, 26 June 2017 (UTC)

This is an extremely bold concept. I don't know if it could be a viable policy candidate. Nonetheless I tried to significantly improve the draft. Alsee (talk) 00:39, 29 June 2017 (UTC)

Should be "Countries" not "Nations"

A nation is not synonymous with country. This page appears to be an attempt to "codify" how governments and Wikipedia interact. Countries have governments, not nations. Sometimes a nation posesses a country so that there is a one-to-one relationship between nation and country (see nation state) but such instances are in the minority among sovereign states.
