Yuliya Vitko (Юлія Вітко; born 20 September 2005) is a Belarusian taekwondo practitioner. Competing in the 57 kg division, Vitko represents the Belarus national team.[1] She won the gold medal in the women's 57 kg event at the 2026 European Taekwondo Championships.[2][3]

Career
Vitko competed at the European Championships in the cadet age category in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, she won the silver medal in the 37 kg event at the Multi European Games held in Sofia. The same year, she won the bronze medal in the 37 kg event at the World Cadet Taekwondo Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. She defeated Kaelin Naylah Chan, Elena Todinova and Elif Sude Akgül to reach the semi-finals, where she lost to Thailand's Kamonchanok Sikhen.[1]
In 2021, she competed in the 49 kg event at the European Junior Championships in Sarajevo. She defeated the Netherlands' Jada van Wijngaarden 15–6 in her opening match, before losing 18–9 to Turkey's Aleyna Şenyurt in the next round and being eliminated from the tournament.[1]
In 2024, Vitko competed in the 57 kg event at the European Olympic Qualification Tournament in Sofia, where she lost 2–0 to Kimia Alizadeh in her opening match. The same year, she competed in the 57 kg event at the European Championships in Belgrade and was eliminated after losing 2–1 to Greece's Fani Tzeli in her first match. At the European U21 Championships in Sarajevo, she defeated Ezgi Naz Akyapın and Markella Teggeri by 2–0 scores, before losing 2–0 to Darya Kostenevych in the quarter-finals and finishing outside the medals. During the same season, she won gold medals in the 57 kg event at the Albania Open in Tirana and the Bosnia and Herzegovina Open in Sarajevo.[1]
In 2025, she won silver medals in the 57 kg event at the Dutch Open in Eindhoven and the Estonia Open in Tallinn. She also won the gold medal in the same weight class at the European edition of the WT President's Cup held in Sofia. At the 2025 World Taekwondo Championships in Wuxi, China, she competed in the 57 kg event; she defeated Greece's Anastasia Rovithis 2–0 in her opening match, before losing 2–1 to Croatia's Nika Karabatić in the round of 16. At the World U21 Taekwondo Championships held in Nairobi, Kenya, she competed in the 57 kg event and was eliminated in her opening match after losing 2–1 to Greece's Athanasia Repoulia. At the European Olympic Weight Categories Championships held in Aigle, Switzerland, she won the silver medal in the 57 kg event, finishing second behind Margarita Bliznyakova.[1][4][5]
In 2026, Vitko won the gold medal in the women's 57 kg event at the 2026 European Taekwondo Championships held in Munich, Germany. She defeated Cyprus's Markella Teggeri in the first round, Ukraine's Darya Kostenevych 2–0 in the quarter-finals and Turkey's Hatice Kübra İlgün 2–0 in the semi-finals. In the final, she defeated 2024 European champion Nika Karabatić of Croatia 2–0 to become European champion.[2][3][6]
