Las elecciones locales españolas de 1987 se celebraron el miércoles 10 de junio de 1987 para elegir a los 65.577 concejales de los 8.062 municipios de España y a los 1.028 escaños de las 38 diputaciones provinciales.

Las elecciones se celebraron simultáneamente con las elecciones autonómicas en trece comunidades autónomas, así como las elecciones locales en las tres diputaciones forales del País Vasco, los diez consejos insulares de Baleares y Canarias y las elecciones al Parlamento Europeo de 1987.
