La saison 2025-2026 de StarTimes Uganda Premier League est la 57e édition du championnat d'Ouganda de football de première division. La saison débute le et se termine le [1].
Le Vipers SC est le tenant du titre après avoir remporté pour la 7e fois la compétition alors que le Buhimba United Saints, le Calvary FC et l'Entebbe UPPC FC, sont promus à ce niveau de la compétition[2].
La StarTimes Uganda Premier League est composée de seize clubs qui s'affrontent tous lors de confrontations aller et retour. Le champion est l'équipe qui obtient le plus grand nombre de points après les 30 journées de championnat. À la fin de la compétition, le champion se qualifie pour la Ligue des champions 2026-2027, le vainqueur de la Coupe d'Ouganda 2025-2026 pour la Coupe de la confédération 2026-2027 et les trois derniers sont relégués en FUFA Big League la saison suivante.
Le classement est calculé avec le barème de points suivant : une victoire vaut trois points, le match nul un. La défaite ne rapporte aucun point.

L'édition 2025-2026 est la 16e édition à seize équipes. Les deux promus de FUFA Big League sont le Buhimba United Saints, le Calvary FC et l'Entebbe UPPC FC. Ces trois clubs remplacent les trois clubs relégués, le Mbale Heroes FC, le Wakiso Giants FC et le Bright Stars FC.
