Biographie
Il interpréta la voix de Jiminy Cricket dans la version originale du Pinocchio de Walt Disney et fut le premier à interpréter la chanson Singin' in the Rain, qu'il accompagna lui-même à l'ukulélé, instrument dont il était virtuose.
