Histoire
Dagenham & Redbridge FC a été formé en 1992 à la suite d'une fusion entre deux clubs - Dagenham (fondé en 1949) et Redbridge Forest (fondé en 1989). Les deux clubs avaient connu des moments difficiles en raison de la diminution de la fréquentation.
En 1881, Redbridge Forest avait été formé de trois des clubs les plus célèbres du jeu amateur anglais: Ilford , Leytonstone et Walthamstow Avenue . Ces trois clubs ont remporté le FA Trophy une fois, la FA Amateur Cup sept fois, la Isthmian League 20 fois, la Ligue athénienne six fois, la Essex Senior Cup 26 fois et London Senior Cup 23 fois[1].
En 2016 , le club est relégué en National League (cinquième division anglaise).
En 2025, le club est relégué en National League South.
