La zugunruhe, appelée aussi « agitation migratoire », est un sentiment d'anxiété qui apparaît chez les animaux migrateurs, notamment les oiseaux. Même quand ces animaux sont enfermés, ils montrent ce comportement durant les saisons où leur migration devrait se produire.
