(ヒストンH3)-リシン-36-デメチラーゼ

[ヒストンH3]-リシン-36-デメチラーゼ（[histone-H3]-lysine-36 demethylase）は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。

(1) タンパク質-N⁶,N⁶-ジメチル-L-リシン + 2-オキソグルタル酸 + O₂ ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ タンパク質-N⁶-メチル-L-リシン + コハク酸 + ホルムアルデヒド + CO₂

(2) タンパク質-N⁶-メチル-L-リシン + 2-オキソグルタル酸 + O₂ ${\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons }$ タンパク質-L-リシン + コハク酸 + ホルムアルデヒド + CO₂

酵素の組織名はprotein-N⁶,N⁶-dimethyl-L-lysine,2-oxoglutarate:oxygen oxidoreductaseで、別名にJHDM1A、JmjC domain-containing histone demethylase 1A、H3-K36-specific demethylase、histone-lysine (H3-K36) demethylase、histone demethylase、protein-6-N,6-N-dimethyl-L-lysine,2-oxoglutarate:oxygen oxidoreductaseがある。
