Ahafo ist ein Volk in Ghana, mit einer eigenen Sprache. Die Ahafo gehören zur Volksgruppe der Akan,[1] ebenso wie die verwandten Ethnien Aschanti, Fanti, Akwamu, Akwapim, Assin, Dankyira, Akim und Kwawu.
Die Akan sind die größte Volksgruppe in Ghana. Als Angehörige der Ahafo selbst werden, im Jahr 1996, etwa 50.000 Menschen angegeben.
