Anna Skorobogatova

Anna Skorobogatova (* 25. Juni 1996) ist eine britisch-russische Mathematikerin, die über geometrische Maßtheorie, partielle Differentialgleichungen, Variationsrechnung und harmonische Analyse arbeitet und 2026 den Maryam Mirzakhani New Frontiers Prize erhielt.
Skorobogatova studierte von 2014 bis 2020 an der University of Warwick und promovierte 2024 bei Camillo De Lellis an der Princeton University. Danach war sie an der ETH Zürich zunächst Postdoktorandin bei Alessio Figalli und seit 2025 ITS Junior Fellow bei Svitlana Mayboroda. Seit 2025 ist sie Clay Research Fellow für ihre „fundamentalen Beiträge zur Regularitätstheorie von Minimalflächen und zum strukturellen Verständnis ihrer Singularitäten“[1].
2026 erhielt sie den Maryam Mirzakhani New Frontiers Prize der Breakthrough Prize Foundation „für ihre Beiträge zur geometrischen Maßtheorie“.[2]
