Die Communauté de communes Serre-Ponçon Val d’Avance ist ein französischer Gemeindeverband mit der Rechtsform einer Communauté de communes in den Départements Hautes-Alpes und Alpes-de-Haute-Provence in der Region Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. Sie wurde am 28. Oktober 2016 gegründet und umfasst 16 Gemeinden. Der Verwaltungssitz befindet sich im Ort La Bâtie-Neuve.[2] Eine Besonderheit ist die Département-übergreifende Struktur der Mitgliedsgemeinden.

Historische Entwicklung
Der Gemeindeverband entstand mit Wirkung vom 1. Januar 2017 durch die Fusion der Vorgängerorganisationen
- Communauté de communes du Pays de Serre-Ponçon und
- Communauté de communes de la Vallée de l’Avance[3]
unter Abgang der Gemeinde Chorges von der Communauté de communes de la Vallée de l’Avance, die sich der neuen Communauté de communes Serre-Ponçon anschloss.
