Die 55. Schieß-Weltmeisterschaften 2025 wurden vom 6. bis 18. November 2025 in der International Shooting Club Olympic City in der neuen Hauptstadt Ägyptens ausgetragen.

Insgesamt wurden 38 Disziplinen ausgetragen, davon 20 bei den Männern, 15 bei den Frauen, 2 im Mixed und eine als offener Wettbewerb. Es waren 720 Starter aus 72 Nationen gemeldet. Darunter waren 15 Titelverteidiger der Schieß-Weltmeisterschaften 2023.[1]
Indien stellte mit 40 Athleten die größte Delegation, gefolgt von Ägypten (35), Deutschland (31)[2], den Individuellen Neutralen Athleten (28), Südkorea (27), China (21) und der Schweiz (20).[1]
