Svay Rieng (Khmer ស្វាយរៀង, IPA: []) ist eine Provinz in Kambodscha. Die Provinzhauptstadt heißt ebenfalls Svay Rieng.

Statistik
Die Einwohnerzahl beträgt 525.497 (Stand: Zensus 2019) und die Fläche 2.966 km². 2017 hatte Svay Rieng 506.700 Einwohner.[2]
Geschichte
Die Provinz, die weit in vietnamesisches Gebiet hineinragt, markierte im Vietnamkrieg eines der Enden des Ho-Chi-Minh-Pfades und erhielt im US-Militärjargon die Bezeichnung Parrot’s Beak („Papageienschnabel“).
