Wendy Webster

Wendy Webster studierte an den Universitäten Cambridge und York. Nachdem sie zunächst an der Open University und an der University of Central Lancashire gelehrt hatte, wechselte sie im Jahr 2012 an die University of Huddersfield, wo sie bis zu ihrer Emeritierung blieb. Sie forschte und publizierte unter anderem zur Geschichte des britischen Kinos, zu Heimat und Migration, Empire und Commonwealth, zu nationaler Identität und zur Sozial- und Kulturgeschichte Großbritanniens im Zweiten Weltkrieg.^[1]
