(+)-β-Pinene synthase (EC 4.2.3.122, (+)-pinene cyclase, cyclase III) is an enzyme with systematic name geranyl-diphosphate diphosphate-lyase [(+)-β-pinene-forming].[1][2] This enzyme catalyses the following chemical reaction
