Thirteen News (pronounced as 13 News) is a Philippine television newscast broadcast by IBC. Anchored by William Thio and Angela Sy, it premiered on December 15, 2025, replacing the 9:30 pm edition of Balitang Pambansa. The English language newscast of the state-owned television network that marked the return after CTN Midnite which was shown from 1997–1998.

The 30-minute newscast aired after the 9 pm edition of PCSO Lottery Draw provides the summary of the important and significant news developments throughout the day and special segments catered to wider audience to "Inform, Explain and Empower the Nation".[1]

The news program is part of the network's news division strategic rebranding to cater "Gen Z" and millenial audiences who tuned in both free TV and digital platforms.[2][3]
