The 16th National Congress of the Kuomintang (Chinese: ä¸ååæ°é»¨ç¬¬åå æ¬¡å ¨å代表大ä¼) was the sixteenth national congress of the Kuomintang, held on 29â30 July 2001 in Taipei, Taiwan.[1]
