The 1912 Ohio State Buckeyes football team represented Ohio State University in the 1912 college football season. 1912 was the year that Ohio State was accepted into the Western Conference, now known as the Big Ten Conference, where they would begin competition in 1913.[1]

1912 would also be the first of several games between Ohio State and Penn State,[2] as well as Ohio State against Michigan State, who was known as Michigan Agricultural at the time.[3] Michigan State would join the Big Ten Conference in 1953 and Penn State would follow in 1993.[4]
