The 1931 Cork Intermediate Football Championship was the 22nd staging of the Cork Intermediate Football Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1909.[1] The draw for the opening round fixtures took place on 25 January 1931. The championship ran from 22 March to 6 September 1931.

The final was played on 6 September 1931 at the Mardyke in Cork, between Clonnakilty and Dromtarriffe, in what was their first ever meeting in the final.[2] Clonakilty won the match by 3â06 to 0â02 to claim their second championship title overall and a first championship title in 18 years.[3][4]
