The 1935 Delaware State Hornets football team represented the State College for Colored Studentsânow known as Delaware State Universityâas a member of the Middle Atlantic Athletic Association (MAAA) during the 1935 college football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Edward L. Jackson, Delaware State compiled an overall record of 7â1 with a mark of 5â0 in conference play, winning the MAAA title for the second consecutive season.
