1938 East Texas State Lions football team

The 1938 East Texas State Lions football team represented East Texas State Teachers College—now known as East Texas A&M University–as a member of the Lone Star Conference (LSC) during the 1938 college football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Bob Berry, the Lions compiled an overall record of 8–1 with a mark of 4–0 in conference play, winning the LSC title.[1]
