The 1949 Norfolk State Baby Trojans football team represented Norfolk State College—now known as Norfolk State University—as a member of the Eastern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (EIAC) during the 1949 college football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Leroy Porter, the Baby Trojans compiled a perfect overall record of 6–0, with a mark of 5–0 in conference play, winning the EIAC title.[1] Norfolk State played home games at High Rock Park and Foreman Field in Norfolk, Virginia
