The 1955 Tulane Green Wave football team was an American football team that represented Tulane University during the 1955 college football season as a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). In its second year under head coach Andy Pilney, Tulane compiled a 5–4–1 record (3–3–1 in conference games), tied for seventh place in the SEC, and outscored opponents by a total of 163 to 136.[1]
