* The second leg was scheduled by the ADFP to be played at Estadio Miguel Grau in Piura, despite opposition from Deportivo Pacífico's directors, who wanted the match to be held at Estadio Mariscal Cáceres in Tumbes. However, the maroon side failed to appear for the match, and the FPF Disciplinary Committee subsequently awarded the victory to Sport Boys.

Melgar, Sport Boys, Unión Huaral and Universitario qualified for the Liguilla Final.
