The 1994 Paraguayan Primera División Championship was the 84th season of the Primera División de Paraguay, the top-flight football league in Paraguay, organized by the Paraguayan Football League (LPF).

In the end, Cerro Porteño won their 23rd national title by defeating Olimpia in the final match.[1]

The tournament was played in two stages using a single round-robin format, meaning each team played 19 matches. The winners of each stage faced each other in a final to determine the overall champion.[2]

Due to a reform in the championship structure, six teams from outside the capital were included in the tournament.[2] The six promoted clubs were:
