The 1997 Oceania Badminton Championships was the inaugural edition of the Oceania Badminton Championships. The tournament was held from 30 July to 2 August at the North Harbour Badminton Club in North Harbour, Auckland, New Zealand.[1] Five nations competed in the championships.[2]
