1998 Georgia Bulldogs football team

The 1998 Georgia Bulldogs football team represented the University of Georgia as a member of the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference during the 1998 NCAA Division I-A football season. In their third year under head coach Jim Donnan, the Bulldogs compiled an overall record of 9–3 record with a mark of 6–2 in conference play, placing third in the SEC's Eastern Division. Georgia was invited to the Peach Bowl, where the Bulldogs defeated Virginia, 35–33.[2] The team played home games at Sanford Stadium in Athens, Georgia.
