On September 18, 2015, Kucera Properties announced that the tower would be renamed Priatek Plaza after the company Priatek. Priatek, which occupies about 8,000 square feet (740 m2) on the 23rd floor of the tower, had moved its headquarters into the tower after Kucera Properties had offered them an undisclosed amount.[7] The official dedication ceremony for the new plaza's name was held on September 17, 2015.[8]

200 Central Avenue changed ownership on May 28, 2026, with the acquisition by Feldman Equities.[4][5]
