- Roy Blunt (Republican), U.S. Congressman
- Robin Carnahan (Democratic), Missouri Secretary of State
- Jerry Beck (Constitution)
- Jonathan Dine (Libertarian)
- Frazier Miller (Write In), perennial candidate
- Deborah Solomon (Independent)
