The 2010–11 Damehåndboldligaen was the 75th season of the Damehåndboldligaen, Denmark's premier Handball league. Randers HK won the regular season, while FC Midtjylland won the Championship, beating Randers in the final after a penalty shootout.[1]

SønderjyskE was relegated after finishing last in the regular season. Roskilde Håndbold were relegated after they lost the relegation play-off to Silkeborg-Voel KFUM.[2][3]
