The 2018 Istrian Spring Trophy was the 58th edition of the Istrian Spring Trophy road cycling stage race.[2] It was part of UCI Europe Tour in category 2.2.
Twenty-nine teams were invited to take part in the race. These included twenty-eight UCI Continental teams and one national team.[3]
