2024–25 in Scottish football

The 2024–25 season was the 128th season of competitive football in Scotland. The domestic season began on 13 July 2024 with the first Scottish League Cup group stage matches, and the first round of matches in the 2024–25 Scottish Premiership were played on the weekend of 24 August.[1]

The draw for the knockout phase play-offs was held on 31 January 2025. Celtic were drawn against Bayern Munich, as a result of finishing the league phase in 21st place.[24]
