The 2024 Israeli Basketball League Cup, for sponsorships reasons the Winner League Cup, was the 19th edition of the pre-season tournament of the Israeli Basketball Premier League. Fourteen Israeli Premier League team's participate. The tournament has been changed and instead of the round of 16 there was a group stage. Each group consisted of four teams.[1]
