The 2025 National Premier Leagues Victoria Women, known commonly as the NPL VIC Women or NPLV Women, was the eighth season of the National Premier Leagues Victoria Women under the NPL format, and the 25th season of top-flight Victorian Women's football overall.

Twelve teams competed in the league – the top eleven teams from the previous season and the team promoted from the VPL Women's. The promoted team was Spring Hills. They replaced Calder United who were relegated to the VPL Women's after seven seasons.[1]

Casey Comets were originally planned to be promoted to the league, replacing Brunswick Juventus, but withdrew their acceptance of promotion into the league. After working through the Order of Merit process, Brunswick Juventus was offered the opportunity to remain in the competition which they accepted.[2]
