The 2025 Open Città della Disfida Trofeo Lapietra was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the 25th edition of the tournament which was part of the 2025 ATP Challenger Tour. It took place in Barletta, Italy between 31 March and 6 April 2025.[1]
