The 2025–26 season is the 19th season in the history of Cong An Hanoi since their re-establishement in 2008, and the club's 4th consecutive season in the top flight of Vietnamese football. In addition to the domestic league, the club participated in this season's editions of the Vietnamese Cup, Vietnamese Super Cup, AFC Champions League Two and ASEAN Club Championship.
