The 2025–26 season was Neom's 61st year in existence and their first ever season in the Pro League, following their promotion from the FDL in the previous season.[1][2] The club participated in the Pro League and the King's Cup.

- This was a conditional obligation to buy activated when Neom were promoted to the Saudi Pro League.
- Since the winners of the 2025–26 King's Cup, Al-Hilal, had already qualified for the Champions League Elite, the spot given to the King's Cup winners (Champions League Two) was passed to the sixth-placed team.[32]
