The 2026 South American Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships are going to be held in Asunción, Paraguay from July 1 to 5, 2026. The competition is organised by the Paraguayan Gymnastics Federation and approved by World Gymnastics.[1][2] A parallel event, the South American Cup, was held alongside the South American Championships.[3]
