The 2026 St. Louis Battlehawks season is the fifth season for the St. Louis Battlehawks, their third in the UFL, and their first under head coach Ricky Proehl. The Battlehawks failed to improve on their 8–2 record from last season in the aftermath of their Week 4 road loss to the defending UFL champions, the DC Defenders, and will fail to match it if they lose any of their other upcoming games.
Coaching Changes
On December 29, 2025, Ricky Proehl was named head coach of the Battlehawks, replacing Anthony Becht who would become the new head coach for the Orlando Storm.[1][2] On February 23, 2026, the Battlehawks announced their full 2026 coaching staff.[3]
Draft
Teams were allowed to protect up to 12 players from their 2025 rosters.
