Sadio Doumbia and Fabien Reboul defeated Adam Pavlásek and Patrik Rikl in the final, 6–1, 6–4 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2026 Romanian Open.[1] It was their second title at the event (after 2024), and they did not lose a set en route.
