The 2027 UEFA European Under-17 Championship will be the 24th edition of the UEFA European Under-17 Championship (43rd edition if the Under-16 era is also included), the annual international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the men's under-17 national teams of Europe. Latvia, which were selected by UEFA on 26 September 2023, will host the tournament.[1]
A total of eight teams will play in the tournament, with players born on or after 1 January 2010 eligible to participate.[2]
The tournament and its qualification will act as the UEFA qualifiers for the FIFA U-17 World Cup. The top teams will qualify for the 2027 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Qatar as the UEFA representatives.
