The 61st Academy of Country Music Awards will be held on May 17, 2026, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1] Shania Twain will host the awards.[2]
On May 15, 2025, the Academy of Country Music and Prime Video shared they were extending the partnership through 2028.[3]Later, they revealed the show would be returning to Las Vegas, for the first time since 2022 and to the MGM Grand for the first time since the 2019 ceremony.
On April 22, the Academy announced that Shania Twain would host the ceremony. Twain is a fourteen-time nominee, three-time winner, including Entertainer of the Year, and recipient of the ACM 's Poet's Award.[4]
Nominees
The nominations for the awards were revealed on Thursday, April 9, 2026.[5][6] The eligibility period for submissions are January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025.[7]
