8th Personnel Command

The 8th Personnel Command (PERSCOM) was a US Army unit activated in 1982 as part of the US Eighth Army in Yongsan Garrison, South Korea.[1] In 2005,[2] the unit was redesignated as the 8th Personnel Center and reassigned to Fort Shafter, Hawaii under the 8th Theater Sustainment Command.
