Analytic Services, Inc. doing business as ANSER is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public service research institute based in Arlington, Virginia. ANSER provides studies, analysis, and technical support related to national security, homeland security, and public policy to the U.S. federal government. As of fiscal year 2023, they are #17 on the list of Top 100 Contractors of the U.S. federal government, with an expenditure allocation of over $5.3 billion.[2] Since 2019,[3] its president and CEO is Stephen Hopkins,[4] who previously served as ANSER's COO, as well as having managed complex programs for the DoD, NASA, and the Intelligence Community.[5]
