A Forest of Arms is the sixth studio album by Canadian folk rock band Great Lake Swimmers, released April 21, 2015 on Nettwerk.[2]
The album was recorded in a variety of locations, including the Tyendinaga Caves in Ontario's Hastings County.[2] The songs were inspired in part by bandleader and songwriter Tony Dekker's experiences working with the World Wildlife Fund on environmental projects.[2]
Guest musicians on the album include Kevin Kane of The Grapes of Wrath.[2]
The track "Zero in the City" was released in February as a streaming preview.[3]
