Aalbek (sometimes also Aalbeek) is a small river of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. It drains the lake Ruppersdorfer See [de],^{[citation needed]} flows through the Hemmelsdorfer See,^[1] and flows into the Baltic Sea near Timmendorfer Strand.^[2]
