Amateur career

He competed in the men's light middleweight event at the 1988 Summer Olympics, losing in the second round to Park Si-hun.[2]

Professional career

In 1998, ranked 10th at Middleweight by the IBF, he fought Robert Allen for an "Interim" title, Allen stopped Ramadan in the 1st round.[3]

He would later twice fight for the Canadian Light Heavyweight title.
