Abitanti (pronounced [abiˈtaːnti]) is a small settlement in the City Municipality of Koper in the Littoral region of Slovenia.[2]
Abitanti is accessible by road from Črni Kal, past Gračišče and Gradin. It is a largely deserted village with only 12 permanent residents left, but becomes busy in May, when it hosts an international fine arts colony.[3] Most of the village buildings are very interesting from the architectural point of view and are a protected cultural heritage site.
